These terms cover your use of Kwassely, including the WhatsApp service, the dashboard and this website. By using Kwassely you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy.
Who we are
Kwassely is provided by Nomon Internet Solutions Ltd, company registration number 12276669, registered in England and Wales. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Nomon Internet Solutions Ltd.
What Kwassely does
Kwassely turns messages you send on WhatsApp into draft quotes and invoices. It uses AI, which can make mistakes. Check every quote and invoice before you send it. You are responsible for the prices, VAT, details and wording of everything you send to your customers.
Your account
- You must give correct details and keep your WhatsApp number under your control.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Kwassely is a tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Ask a professional if you are unsure.
Plans and fair use
The Free plan and the beta plan are free. Where a plan lists a limit, that limit applies. Where we don't mention a limit, you must use the service fairly. We may slow down, restrict or stop use that is excessive or that harms the service for others.
Limits and features can change. If paid plans start, you will be told before anything is charged.
What you must not do
- Use Kwassely for anything illegal, including fraud, fake or misleading invoices, money laundering or tax evasion.
- Send abusive, harmful or unlawful content.
- Try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service.
- Share your account with other people or businesses.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Messages are recorded
The messages and voice notes you send to Kwassely are stored and processed so we can create your quotes and invoices, keep the service working and deal with problems. Only send what is needed for the quote or invoice. Don't send personal details beyond that, such as health details, ID numbers or card numbers. Details about your customers should be limited to what a quote or invoice needs, such as a name and address.
Your data and exporting it
Your quotes, invoices and customer details are yours. You can ask us for an export of your data at any time using the contact details below, and we will send it to you in a common format.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and the beta may have bugs. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Closing the service
We may shut down Kwassely or any plan. We will give you at least one month's notice by WhatsApp or email, and you can export your data during that time. You can stop using Kwassely and ask us to close your account whenever you like.
Our responsibility
We are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of Kwassely. This includes mistakes in AI-generated content, loss of business or profit, and services we depend on being unavailable. The only exception is liability that can't be excluded by law, which these terms don't affect.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. If you keep using Kwassely after a change, you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
