Help
Everything starts with a WhatsApp message. Text or voice note, whichever you prefer. Here are some examples to copy.
Tap Start on WhatsApp and send the ready-made message. Then tell Kwassely about your business in one message, for example:
“Hi, I’m Sam Jones from Jones Plumbing, 12 High Street, Leeds LS1 1AA.”
Two details are enough to start. After that, log in to the dashboard with a WhatsApp code to finish your account and confirm your email.
Create a quote
Describe the job and the prices. Add the customer's name and address if you have them.
“Boiler service for Sam Jones, 1 High Street, Leeds. Labour £80, parts £40.”
“Estimate for Mrs Patel: new bathroom, £6,000 including VAT.”
You get a link to a draft quote. Check it, fix anything that is wrong, then send it to your customer.
Create an invoice
You don't need a quote first. You can invoice in either of two ways.
From a quote
Say “invoice” with the customer's name or the quote number.
“Create an invoice for Mr Patel from the quote.”
“Invoice ACME00012.”
If the customer already paid a deposit, say so:
“Invoice Mrs Patel, she already paid a £500 deposit.”
Directly, without a quote
Give the job details and prices, and say it's an invoice.
“Invoice Sam Jones, 12 High Street, tap repair £90.”
Either way you get a link to a draft invoice. Check it, then issue it on the dashboard. Once it is issued, the numbers can't be changed.
Check and send
Quotes and invoices open on your dashboard. Log in with a WhatsApp code, check the details, edit anything that is wrong and send the PDF. You can also record payments on an invoice there.
